The guide for the tour, a man, was rude and unprofessional. He allowed a friend to join him on the bus during the tour and spent the entire time talking loudly with him, completely ignoring the group… Full review by Buddy844

We did the Small-Group Snorkeling Experience at Silfra Fissure in Thingvellir National Park and the package of Glacier Wonders (Glacier Hike & Jökulsárlón Zodiac Boat in the Glacier Lake). Everything was perfectly safe. They give you extra shoes with spikes so that you can walk safely on the Glacier. The guide is very helpful and watchful. There is hiking uphill, so you have to be fit, but beyond this no worries.

My tour was cancelled due to weather. They never even emailed or called us. We were outside waiting for 1 hour and when no one showed up, we had our hotel receptionist call. She then told us that the guy on the phone seemed clueless and that tours were cancelled due to the weather. I have since then been trying to get my refund. But no one from the company ever replies to my emails. I just did a credit card dispute, because I ran out of options. Did anyone else have an issue with weather cancellations and the refund matter? This is so disorganized!

Our tour was canceled due to weather but because our vehicle was stuck in the snow and we couldn't get to the location on time, we had called them first. They did work with us to get us rescheduled. Luckily for us we had extra days built into our vacation time for the possibility of rescheduling due to weather. Our friends who had been to Iceland had warned us that weather can be an issue and to plan for it.
