I'm not sure if it's the same for HD Admin, but I use Kohl's Admin and the script for it in studio has an editable script for everything. In it there should be a list of the different people with different ranks. You can manually give people ranks in studio by adding their name onto the script. I'm not sure if it's the same for HD Admin, though.
